Youth Self Defense Group Class

SUMMARY:

This class is designed as an introductory class to help youth attending schools and other social and public events learn basic concepts of awareness protection and self defense.

This starts with situational awareness and preventing confrontation long before it starts. 

In this 1 hour class our world renowned instructor Patrick Odle who trains special force military and law enforcement will discuss and demonstrate concepts and strategies to help the youth protect themselves as well as helping create a safe environment for others. 

This class is ideal for church youth groups and youth organizations. 

Techniques taught: 

• How to deescalate a situation with an aggressor.
• Techniques to create space before a conflict 
• Defending yourself.
• How to rapidly take control of an aggressor.

Adult needed per every 5 kids attending. 

MINIMUM AGE TO ATTEND: 8 years old.

INSTRUCTOR: Patrick Odle

TIME COMMITMENT: 60 minutes (90 min optional)

PRICE: $100 for the group for the hour. 

SETTING: Classroom and Combat mat 

MAXIMUM NUMBER OF STUDENTS: Up to 20 Students

RECOMMENDED GEAR:

• We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that’s easy to move around in.
• Close toed shoes
